Strength & Conditioning
Jiu Jitsu is a time consuming combat sport. With that said your ability to strengthen and protect yourself is important. Thats why we provide a small area of the gym for you to strength train during operating hours.
Recovery
Being a combat sport means you will get banged up from time to time. No worries, not only do we provide an area for S&C but we also have a recovery room. Wether your needing a nice relaxing sauna session or a frigid dip in the cold plunge we've got you covered at no extra cost. Both of these amenities are part of your membership, and are part of our dedication to keeping you safe, healthy and on the mats.
Mat Space
Last but certainly not least our mat space. We have roughly 1500 sq ft of mat space here at 10th Planet Scottsdale. Meaning there is plenty of room for activities! We proudly use the highest quality Fuji brand mats. We take cleanliness very seriously here. The mats are cleaned daily without question. Not seen but also included is our shower and two restrooms.
